How do you paint these rims ? :/ - assetto corsa lamborghini huracan gt3

Hello , im trying to paint the rims of the Lamborghini Huracan gt3,

View attachment 267891 When i put the red color and the car is in the shadow, i cant see anything.
View attachment 267892 And in the light the color looks like bronze.

Can someone help me to have a normal red rim?

You need 3DsimEd to extract all the .DDS files. There is a file called ‘metal_detail_rim’. That on is the actual color. You are trying to paint the shadow map I assume. You image links are broken btw.

Go to my downloads and down load one of my huracan GT3 cars. You find the file in the skin folder. Just open it in Photoshop or Gimp and change the color and drop it into you car.

You don't need 3DSimed, you can get the textures with Content manager. And for the Huracan GT3, the rim textures are also included with the templates, that come with AC (assettocorsa/sdk/dev/skin_templates folder)

Yeah but he still needs the metal detail dds.

You could make it from scratch, but for that car the metal_detail_rim.dds is actually included in the template folder
