How to calculate power and torque figures?

I am trying to create the specifications of an engine but I don't understand how torque figures work in AMS, and unlike Assetto Corsa with acstuff.ru's Torque Helper I can't seem third-party resource to help with the process.

Physics editor for Rfactor. Just import the engine.ini data from whatever mod you are working on. It's a simple drag and adjust program.
