Hello all, as the title suggests, I am new to skinning and such, so I would like to kindly ask for your help in improving the quality of skins. I do have both 2022 Photoshop and Paint.net installed. How to improve livery quality(stripes being pixelated and such)?

Create Skins in 4096/4096 and save them as BC3/DXT5. Lowest compression, bis filesize, best quality.
