Is it possible to lower internal sound tires volume?

Is it possible to lower internal sound tires volume? Not from audio console but from external.ini file? i know the following codes for changing sound volumes but none of them lower the volume tires tires.

its per car, CSP config, either
extension\config\cars\mazda_car.ini (maybe in some sub-folder)

or
content\cars\mazda_car\extension\ext_config.ini
