Is it possible to unlock tracks and cars for single player?

Hello, I am not interested in multiplayer or even AI racing. I got ACC mostly to learn the tracks and correlate my real data with ACC to help me during my track events in the EU.
Is it possible to unlock tracks and cars for single player? I have done a few google searches and i get nothing of value.

Not sure what you're asking but there are a limited amount of tracks available on ACC. It's not the same as AC where multiple mods are available to download. All the tracks are available from the start of the game.

Those 4 locked tracks are downloadable content for about $15 from Steam. Upon purchase/download they are instantly accessible.

That's not because they are blocked, but because they are part of a DLC. You need to buy it

I did buy.... I want Laguna Seca becasue I am bringing this summer my GT2RS to the USA to do Laguna Seca, Area 27 in Canada, COTA and Sebring raceway.
I will try to reinstall

If you bought ACC and the additional DLC, then surely something is wrong with your install.

If reinstalling doesn't help you could ask your helicopter pilot for help, those guys normally know their way around tech stuff, at least mine does.

Make sure the DLC is activated in the DLC section of the game page in Steam.

Not fond of helicopters
