F1 2012 Is it Worth Moving Up

I have not made the move up from F1 2012, but I am considering it. Is it worth it? Should I go to 2015 or go right to 2016?
Also I think my system will handle either one, although I may need to tune the graphics down some. I have an i7 4790 3,60 GHz, processor, 12 Gigs of Ram and an NVIDIA GT720.

There is no doubt between F1 2015 & 2016 ....... It's 2016 all the way.
