Cars Is there anybody out there who can build 3d parts / modify car?

I have already begun tweaking car data from cars I've downloaded, to modify them to different specs. I'm just wondering if anybody can build simple 3d models for things like new tyres/wheels to put on a car or some other things like that if they are interested. Of course they'd be able to keep the car and everyone involved would get credit (especially original creator!)

The other possibility is if there's any easy to use program that would allow me to build and modify 3d parts, but I'd rather have someone who can do it if it doesn't take too much time, or they are interested in such projects. I will never ask for a full and complete 3d build. Right now it's just set tyres and wheels.
This is the car in question. I'd like to get a set of wheels that's stock (photos are available) and a set of tire/wheels that's custom.

Thanks! I was looking for the author to ask him first, but the mod doesn't have his name on it. This was for personal use, but now I can ask him! thanks!

It's literally the first entry if you search for it (at least for me). Another option would be to ask here if anybody knows the mod author to ask for permission before asking for people to help modify it
