Unzip the folder then choose the resolution scheme you want.
The default is 8192x8192, if this is to large for your system open either the 2048x2048 or 4096x4096 and copy/paste the

FER_EGT_Body.dds into the main

JMW_ELMS_2016_66 folder, over writing the existing FER_EGT_Body.dds file.
