Light Bloom in some mods

I'm using the 1.1.4 version and ever since 1.1.1 I've been having this issue with some car mods, when I get into the car the lighting outside becomes unbearably bright. You can barely see the track.

How to solve this?
Is someone having the same issue or is it just me?

In car.ini, change ONBOARD_EXPOSURE down to about 15-20, some mods have it much higher from old versions.
