Mercedes W13 Color and sponsors update - Silver color and new decals

As you can read, new color and decals update. But here is list of what I did:

-new, silver paint material
-new Petronas color
-added missing FTX logos, on the rear wing and near the cockpit
-new, darker Ineos color
-new decals material, mix between matte and shiny
-new Petronas logos on the side pods, rear wing end plates mirrors and nosecone
-new Petronas inscription on the sidepods and rear wing
-new Mercedes emblen on the top of the nose and halo
-Akkodis logo on the halo. I'll update...
