missing ideal_line.ai causing AI making unnecessary pitstops

in leman bugatti 67 and abulzz targa florio, AI 67 gp cars and some other cars, (23 gp cars seem to be immune to this) tend to make unnecessary pitstops. for bugatti they tend to start pitting on lap 3, and on targa florio on the first occasion when they pass the pit entrance after the start. the cure is to copy fast_lane.ai to the data folder and rename it to ideal_line.ai
