I am looking for a dashboard from a real life car (sports-car), that is easy to modify by mounting a small monitor or tablet in/behind it, or better yet drive speedometer needles from a computer (maybe arduino based with a servo).

Although simple naked tablets might be a good match to a pure race car, I prefer a dashboard that makes me think that I am in a sports-car. Here and on YouTube I have seen one-off/one-of-a-kind dashboards, has any solution actually gotten more than two applications.
