What kind of template did you use? The texture itself does not really look that good. I love your idea and the overall stuff, but ..

all these weird aliasing outlines, missing pixels, weird red left-over pixels - all over the texture
I think you can improve it to a better level of quality, I'm sure.

So, that bugged me and I recreated your livery for my personal use

I have no idea though, why with all the same colors it is not as matte as yours.

E: oh, because you saved it in non srgb mode (well actually you saved it in old DXT5 which does not support srgb at all

)
