Need a better silverstone 67

The layout of the official silverstone 67 is no different from the grand prix legends one, the club and abbey curves are way too slow, the overall lap time in a 67 gp car is at least 4s a lap slower than reality. the one in Automobilista 2 (silverstone 75 no chicane) feels better. I can manage 1:28 in a "67 car" in Automobilista 2 but even the best AI can only do 1:31 in AC. Pole time for 67 british gp is 1:25.3 fastest lap is 1:27.0

Actually I pretty bad at 67 cars in AC, my best time is only a 1:34. It's the layout of the above mentioned corners are the problem

i will have a look at the track this evening and do you know off hand if the track has any Hints files in the folder? Or probably best to start from scratch and do L+R, Pit and Fast lane. Plus hints file

Just had a quick look before i go to Gym, quickly noticed that the Ai fast line is broken in 8 parts and the L+R in 4 parts. I will look later and redo the lines. If you get time could you find me a video from YouTube with a good lap time. I only race V8 circuits so not sure what the best possible lines are on these corners.

I changed my gearbox settings and suddenly I'm 2.5s a lap faster 1:31.5 (Ferrari 312)
I created a folder assettocorsa\system\setups\gpl67_ferrari_312\ks_silverstone1967 and make a copy of my setup and rename it AI_default.ini but AI ferrari still use the default gear ratio only 4th gear at the end of hangar straight when the car has 5th gear. even the log file says it found ai setup in that folder

I will have a look today, are you able to download the new files from my Google drive when I upload it? The Ai files do need doing as they are broken and probably count for Ai braking when they shouldn’t. If not I will put it on RaceDepartment. Thanks Richard
