I recently bought a VRS DFP small mige wheel base, and it is kinda broken on LFS. The game recognizes the wheelbase, but the FFB is wrong. When I turn the wheel to the right, the FFB works fine and the car naturally wants to put the steering back to the center. However, when I turn the wheel to the left, the FFB feels like "inverted FFB" like when you configure it wrong with some rFactor mods, and the wheel goes full lock all the way to the left.
I posted my issue on the VRS discord channel, and they told me the wheelbase was not tested with LFS and the issue sounded like the game recognizes the wheelbase as a joystick rather than a wheel. Peter Dimov from VRS suggest that I check what MMos/OSW/SC2 users set up their base for LFS. I checked the cfg.txt file for the game, couldn't find any useful information what each of the parameters related to FFB exactly means. I also failed to find much information on either LFS forum or the GD forum, but I did see Mr Heusinkveld play LFS with no issues recently on his channel. I am guessing I can get more help here?

Also I find that the game Race07 doesn't recognize the wheelbase at all. I thought the direct drive base could be recognized by the system as a generic USB device and should be seen by the game. Does anyone have experience with DIY OSW with Race07? Wondering if the knowledge is transferable to VRS DFP.
