Newbie with a question...

New to the game and just saw that you can add custom skins. Was trying to do it thru the game but couldn't see a way to add sponsors. Would like to try and get my AC BMW skin into ACC. Is there a template somewhere I can download in instructions on how you get a custom skin in the game? Couldn't find anything in the downloads section unless I just missed it.
