DiRT 2 No Bloom Mod!

I've taken what I've learned from my DiRT mods and created a 'No Bloom' mod for DiRT 2! I've not tested this on every version of the game, so not sure it will work for everyone. There is a known bug where the interior of the trailer will become over exposed at night locations, idk how to fix this unfortunately
