i reinstalled content manager and Assetto corsa and still getting this massage.

NO , first i deleted cm files then tried then i got the same error then i reinstalled assetto corsa .
Now after many attempts i made a new user in my pc and tried starting a race i got race canceled error massage

Even I am getting the same problem.

However, I ran Assetto Corsa without Content Manager before after reinstallation.
Any suggestions as to what could be the problem?
