Optimal Shifting points on Porsche 911 Cup

Does anybody know where the optimal shifting points is on the 911 Cup car.

Second Light
Or when they all flashing.

If you launch with Content Manager have a look at the power and torque curves to see what it produces at various RPMs. To me, the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup cars looks like it produces peak power all the way to redline at 8500 rpm so as close to that as you can get looks to be the best point to switch.
