JonVR46 submitted a new resource:

Porsche 991.2 John Player Special (Work in progress) - Classic JPS Black & Gold

Classic F1 Lotus/John Player Special inspired livery.

A 100% work in progress, V2.0 will be much, much better, once I get time & more used to making curved/warped lines in photoshop.

Just sharing my work so far, so you can add it to your grid until I get time for V2.0.

Discovered the 'curvature pen tool' on photoshop, so had another go at the lines.
Altered a few sponsors too.

I can only see the black colour of the car and not the decals and sponsors. I put all in the right folders but still nothing... any idea?

Hi. It works for other people. Not sure why its not working for you. Maybe in the main game, go into 'Edit' and change the design number? If its on number 1, it will just be plain black. Worth a try?

I tried going through the different designs but no luck... The liveries folder content was not in a folder when I unzipped your file. I created one in the Liveries folder and put the files there. Is there anything else I can try?

I've never made skins until 4-5 weeks ago. Maybe its because its an update?
Try this, make a new folder in the liveries folder, called 'John player Special' then drop the 'decals.json', 'sponsors.json' & the 'sponsors.png' into it.
Thats the only thing I can think of?

It worked thanks! I had 2 john player folders...

JonVR46 updated Porsche 991.2 John Player Special with a new update entry:

Subtle mods

Adjusted a few items.......

• Added gold rings to the headlights
• Replaced the large 'John Player Special' with a 'JPS' on each door
• Moved the 'Elf' logo into the side cills
• Changed the wheel colour to '199'
• Deleted the silly curve on the top of the front wing, next to the door number. It could have worked really well, but the door number is not going to let it happen haha
