PureMM filter - Tweaked PPfilter for Peter Boese's Pure

REQUIRES Pure 0.58 or above, CSP 1.76 full or above (Preview version for rain).

Do me a Do over

Started out trying to adjust an unpleasant (to my eyes) amount of yellowness at sunrise / sunset; Ended up re-jiggering most of the settings and adding a (hopefully) tasteful amount of glare settings.

Have left the old version in download as well.

Tried in most conditions, the only thing I spotted that still looks a bit crazy is fog in the daytime.

Final Update for pure v0.58

Last few tweaks and adjustments I am gonna make for the current version of Pure (0.58). As we know it is still in development so I will wait for next update before I come back to this.

What has changed?

Reverted back to glare settings as made by Peter from PureEYE, my adjustments killed godrays and weren't really doing what I intended. Literally the only change in the PPfilter file is overall colour / white balance adjustment - everything else is done through Pure config.

Final Update 2, revenge of the night

So ok,

I know I said final update last time but after playing using it for a week I feel I can't really leave it as is.

So what's new? What has changed?

Well...

Distant scenery and fog are no longer banjaxed

Night driving and day / night transition are much much better

Stars and moonlight are back in style

I couldn't figure out how to achieve these things from where it was, so I started over with a more structured approach to try and achieve the...

Final Update 3, The End of the Beginning

No Schpiel or recommended outings this time, but I did put a video together to show what it should look like - will not be to everyone's taste but hey! There are plenty of filters around!

Changes:

Did my own colour grade instead of using Peter's

Delved into the scripting for Pure, night and daytime should feel more different now

Rework of Glare for subtlety's sale

Abolishment of DOF, doesn't make sense to me in a racing game especially if using VR
