Race start with clutch

Hello together,

I have a crazy behavior and I don't know what I do wrong.

For race start in AC I want use the clutch. On the Sim from my friend the usage is as expect. I push the clutch and after the second red start light the shift into first gear is possbile - and then the start.
On my PC there is no way to shift in the first gear. I have compared every setting in AC. It looks everything the same. The hardware environment is the same too - Fanatec CSW V2+Pedals V3. The clutch is correct assigned in the control setup and will also right recognized in the game. I think there is a setting to prevent the shift gear in combination with the clutch.

I have no more idea, what I do wrong. I would be very thankful for your help.

Are you sure that this setting is well activated in the "Shifter" options: "Use Separate Shifter"
I tried to find it in Content Manager ... but maybe I'm blind as I didn't see it there

... while I can easily see the option in the original launcher

And of course do you use a car that supports it ? ... if you're using a car using the paddles and maybe not needing the clutch, better not be in 1st gear .... you'll be sure to have a drive through penalty for false start.

Hello.

Its the "Penalty for Jump start". Atleast i belive so.
If its set to disabled; then there is no way to engage gear before green-light.
If it set to Pits, then yes, you are transported to the pits with a 20sec timepenalty.

We use on both PC the Audi R8 LMS 2016 and the behavior is quite different.

What do you mean with the separate shifter option? We have no H-Shifter or something like that. Maybe that's my wrong setting.

@mikey79 I will try it. How can I find this option without CM?
