rainfx not working in all tracks

My question is, I have been noticing the rainFX is working in all tracks but some tracks like Daytona RC doesn't show puddles and wetness. Are there some files I can transfer from a working track or is this more complicated than that?

Firstly, you need to see if the track has a RainFX extension (just go inside the track folder > extension and see if there is smt there).

If no, u can search here on RD for RainFX extensions, because there are some around - alone or in packs. Make sure the extension you are downloading is for your version of the track!!!

If there is a extension and u can´t see any puddles or rain effects, it might be a problem with the extension itself or smt related to your SOL version (which I very much doubt is the problem).

Why should it be a problem with Sol, if it didn't work on a certain track?
The controller (what ever it is Sol or default) just controls the rain amount, wetness and puddles. There is no further link to rainFX.

The track just simply don't have a rain config.

That´s what I said. I highly doubt it´s a problem with SOL.

Probably the guy doesn´t have the extension for the track (or he has, but not for Daytona RC - but for another version of daytona by another author).
