reinstalled and now SOL rain not working

Had it working not too long ago but I reinstalled windows and AC but now I can't see rain. And yes I have windscreen fx on

If u refer to raindrops on your windscreen: Using Shaders Patch version 0.1.68 and SOL 2.0; I've read that in newer CSP's the rain effect was removed. We will have to wait for the new CSP with rain to be released. This will also have advanced raindrops on the tracks and cars as well. It is now only available via Patreon (paid).
