PC2 Remove Forumla cars Nose cone in game

I have an F2 tub and a curved screen like pictured but all of the in car views still show the virtual nose of the cars on screen which looks wrong over the real nose of the tub. Is there a way to mod a file so the wishbones and wheels remain but the nose is removed, just like in the attached image from rfactor?

I don't think that's possible in Project CARS 2.

You can accomplish this by cloning the car and editing one of the files. It’s a long process but straightforward. One thing to note is that none of the cockpit cameras will have the nose.
