RSS Bayro 6 mod question...

First post on the forum so I hope this is in the right place.

I bought the RSS Bayro 6 mod and was doing some test laps at Spa when I noticed after 10 laps that Sidekick still showed my tires at 100. I would have thought that after 10 laps there would have been quite a bit of wear on the treads.

So I was wondering, does this mod not have tire wear or is there some conflict with Sidekick that doesn't show wear properly with this mod? I guess I could have pulled up the game's tire tracking menu instead of sidekick, but I exited before I thought of that.

While i'm here I might as well ask this as well. As night fall came, I turned on the lights and in the replay noticed that the number decal on the side of the car and one on the window lit up along with the lights. Do I have some shader option set wrong that could cause that? I was using a custom skin I downloaded from here if that might be the reason.

Thanks for any thoughts...

BTW, beautiful car to drive. I had been using an M6 mod I got off the net before I bought this one and this one is a lot more stable. Can't say which one I prefer. Definitely this one looks better, but the unpaid mod was a bit more of a challenge to drive and because of that maybe more fun to drive as well. The RSS version is just so stable I don't feel like there's any way i'm going to lose it.

10 laps sounds like it should show some sign of wear. Make sure you have tyre wear enabled when starting your session.

Not sure what you mean by the light, looking at the promo video at RSS it seems to have a certain "glow" in the dark on the side number.

I don't have this mod, but as Mario Andretti once said, “If everything seems under control, you're not going fast enough.” :D

I did and it is enabled. Just to make sure it did have wear, i set the tire wear percentage to 5x and after 4 laps it was down to 90 percent. I guess that means it will take 20 laps under 1x tire wear to reach 90 percent. That seems like very slow wear. Maybe i'm wrong. I know nothing about these cars in real life and never driven one so that could be normal wear. I just know the stock Kunos car's tire wear is a lot quicker.
