Same hot keys as ACC

I am trying to set up a Stream deck and want to use the same button configuration for AC and ACC. The ACC buttons use Control and Shift modifiers for the hotkeys, but for some reason, I cannot figure hot to assign a button in Content Manager that uses a shift or CTRL.

Suggestions?
