No word yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if another season pass came down the road.
Yes, the season pass goes on sale regularly...10-20% I believe.
The game is improving but still has alot to sort out, if you can be patient and wait a couple months after a dlc drops you can usually grab them on sale for 50%
