simvibe with headphones?

i have the asus strix 7.1 head phones with the external amp but its all usb. i plan on mounting 2 under the seat one on the wheel on on the pedals.
so Extensions mode right. do i still need a 4 channel amp ? i have two sound cards creative lads z and my mother board has
Creative SoundCore on board. hows this going to work?
