Single Player Races CRASHING

Game works completely fine in singleplayer except Race (Will crash after audio of first car is loading) and anything that involves AI. Tried reinstallation of base game and verifying integrity of files. Nothing works. Using 1.77 CSP and Sol 2.2.1
Kunos cars and tracks dont work either. Racing in basegame however does work, just not in Content Manager.

I think that I have found the solution for this! According to this reddit post, it has something to do with the skidmarks FX and CSP. The user went on to state that you must turn off the new implementation. This seems to have worked for me for now.
