Sol 2.2.2 with CSP 1.73 RainFx not working

I have issues with the RainFx, I have the full version CM, and Sol 2.2.2 and csp 1.73, I am still not able to have rain in the game, Please help, Thank you

Rain does not work because you lack the prerequisite of having rain in AC. https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/sol.24914/ See the green text there that starts with the word "Rain"

You need the Patreon version of CSP for rain to work.
