"Star-like" lense flare possible for headlights?

Hi everyone,

would one of you know a way to add "star-shaped" lens flare for headlights to AC similar to how Project Cars does it (see attached screenshots)? Maybe this is a task for a PP filter, though I'd think it's impossible to restrict such a filter to only the headlights.
