Streaming software Freezing followed by computer when streaming Assetto!!!!

If anyone has any insight or has experienced this before I need some serious help.

Everytime I stream assetto after 30 min both streamlabs and OBS will freeze (dont run at the same time just tried them both) and my stream will crash. I never get any error codes on slobs or OBS. After the streaming software freezes, my whole pc will begin to lag I've never gotten an error code on the pc itself either.
Also, I can stream other games for hours no problem.
I've tried turning down my streaming settings, my game setting.
tried reducing power limit
tried making AC priority in task manager along with making sure all the cores are being used.

No one else seems to have this problem. The only difference I can see from other assetto streamers and not all of them is the PSU (1000w)

Any advice would be greatly apricated!!
Let me know if there is anything else yod like to know

No real idea what might be the cause, but pending the arrival of people with clues to offer, here are a few things that occur to me:
Are you using the vanilla launcher, or CM? If the latter, maybe try vanilla.
Have you tried cutting back the replay settings? (Shouldn't be needed with that amount of RAM, but maybe worth a try - clutching at straws here.)
Have you tried different (newer/older) GPU drivers?
If your RAM is running in XMP mode, have you tried reverting it to the basic speed (may be as low as 2133) to see if the issues happen? (Seriously clutching at straws now, but this makes a difference on my Asus Z170 mobo and is why Asus will be at the bottom of the queue when I choose my next mobo.)

Thanks for replying. I Have vanilla but haven't tried reverting back. i have the replay settings turned off and have tried multiple GPU drivers. I have also tried overclocking and turning it down a little but nothing.
