Stutter online ??

New to ACC, joined an open online race to sort of get the feel of it, 90 FPS pretty constant, no problems.
Later repeated, massive stuttering, on another online race, same, lucky to get more than 70 FPS, tried yet another server, same, went back to original server still massive stuttering.
Tried an AC server, very good, no problems.
Lowered all the settings, still massive stuttering?
Is this common in ACC, or am I missing a vital piece of info.?

Same here using 2080ti with i7 6700k. I guess I’m being bottlenecked by CPU? Since AIs or other cars are managed by CPU, aren’t they?

Yes your processor is well behind your GPU. unfortunately that just leaves you in an
expensive place. There are no answers to this, just money being your only solution.

It’s not just the cpu. Or gpu. I’m using dual 2080ti’s and i9-9900k and getting massive stuttering online. I’ve heard game or pc restart can fix. Will report back.

I initially had a bit of stuttering after installing the new DLC.
It had only happened to me once or twice prior...then I remembered I'd updated the drivers for my 1080Ti.
I uninstalled the 442.19 and went back to 441.87 and it is now back to the smooth 'silky' running.

I’m not using the latest driver either. A game restart appears to resolve it, and the stutter does seem to appear when running different cars and/or tracks in series. I’ve been doing only dlc tracks.
