F1 2015 Thrustmaster T100 problem help

just bought the T100, I downloaded the drivers from the official site, but when I start F1 2015 PC crashes and returns to the desktop, if you disconnect the steering wheel the game works ... what should I do to help me thank you very much

The only things I can suggest, as it is a wheel supported by this game, is :-

Verify the game cache via Steam, to check for any missing, or corrupted files. It will download any broken files. If you don't know how to do that, please read my sticky post here..The bit about how to repair/check your games file on PC.

Check/calibrate your wheel via Windows devices

Try plugging your wheel into another USB port
