troubles with my Sprint Pedals

Hi guys,

I Simrace with a fantastic P1X Chassis from Sim-Lab and, obviously a set of 2 Heusinkveld Pedals.
Today I have installed an inverted pedal rack which allows me to have better feeling. Unfortunately, when I tried to test my new configuration, I realized that for a moment the throttle pedal was recognized as... a clutch.
When I realized that I put the cable of the throttle pedal in the wrong hole of the brake pedal, I thought that I've fixed the problem by myself. Unfortunately, the throttle doesn't work anymore.
I've tried to disconnect and reconnect the usb cable, tried some restarts of my computer but nothing happens. The throttle pedal seems just dead.

Who could help ?

Thanks for your feedback.

Stéphane, a french simracer (which explains my horrible english writing)

Hy Stephane,

your English reads just fine ;)

About the pedals, my first try would be to do a new calibration in the Smart Control software for the pedals.

If this doesn´t help write a mail to the Heusinkveld support, they are famous for fast and generous problem solving.

Good Luck Carsten

You can swap the ports. Just do a calibration of all 3 pedals and the software will auto swap. I hope you didn’t modify them and broke something.

I didn't realize this initially and purchased RJ9 extension cables to allow me to swap the sides.

I am still using an extension cable from the throttle to the board on the brake pedal because I slide the brake and clutch pedal to the side for more comfortable left foot braking.
