Troubleshooting sound problems with the V10...

I am hearing a strange sound in the V10. It sounds like the car is dragging on the ground, but it also has a gearbox sound to it. I take the car out on Montreal and immediately hear it. Anyone else having this problem? I do not hear it with other cars, and I have reset the setup for the car.

From the last time I tested I noticed that having TC on resulted in this weird sound while cornering, so that may be what you are experiencing.

Could it be the artificial photo click sound that at least I hear(!) on certain positions on a track.
I have concluded that its where the sector times are recorded.

The sound is probably one of two things. It's either the underside of your car scraping the ground, or it's the traction control kicking in. To hear what the TC sounds like, set TC to 1% in the setup screen and drive. Sounds weird.

Thanks guys. I will check on those things. It wasn’t doing it before the last couple of updates.

This was mentioned in the latest patch. It was the TC sound playing much too loudly. They fixed it, so all is good now.
