Error is pretty clear. The app can’t find something related with the car you trying to modify…

At a complete guess, the car has a packed data folder and you'll need to click 'unpack data' in CM. It's also possible that it's a car with encrpyted data and you can't edit it.

But as above, just for advice the writing style of your posts reads very aggressively. I'm aware that your English is probably a million times better than my understanding of your first language, so I don't mean that to sound condescending, just letting you know!
