Using Content from other Members and Resulting Consequences

Hello, everyone

I wanted to ask, if there a System where Members can be warned and then get a time-out or banned if they use Content from other Members without Permission?
A kind of Youtube punishment with the Strikes. For example 3 Reports to RD for the Members they use Content without Permission. Where the Report was approved from RD. Would such a System be technically possible on this Platform?

Just report content that violates our ToS and we will take a look at it. An automated system is not something we can realize at the moment.
