Visual glitch, any idea why?

I recently downloaded a new CSP and i absolutely love how it looks but now it makes these weird visual artifacts right in front of my car. they look like many small lines.
it becomes very aparent at times and gets really annoying. does anyone know what to alter in the settings to fix this? thanks!
