Here is my first take on Codemasters' Kit Car category. Had to take some licenses in order to fit sponsors (or not fitting them at all). Will try to improve it.

Golf 4 kit-car is not available at RaceDepartment
I've tried to open vwk.nefs with the NefsEdit program but it can't open this file,
but well gti.nefs
Can't DLC cars be changed to PSSG file ??
vwk.nefs is it not the file in Dirt Rally 2.0 for Golf 4 kit-car ???

Are there anyone who would like to convert Golf 4 to PSSG file ??
Just as CM has made it, so I can change it to whatever I want by skin.
Or is Golf 4 available elsewhere on the web for DR 2.0 ??

I would love to make this skin in the actual Golf IV Kit Car from DiRT Rally 2.0, but unfortunately, any DLC car from DiRT Rally 2.0 can be modded in any way, be it skins/liveries, changing camera angles... That's why you won't be seeing any modded livery for those cars, not even the Porsche 911 GT3

it probably thought that DLC cars were locked
And the CM will not make skin as their player wants.

AyrtJ97 updated Volkswagen Golf IV Kit Car (Mark Higgins-Pirelli International Rally 1999) with a new update entry:

Volkswagen Golf IV Kit Car (Mark Higgins-Pirelli International Rally 1999) v1.0

v1.0 - New version of my take on Mark Higgins' Volkswagen Golf IV Kit Car from the 1999 Pirelli International Rally, with updated Speccoc files and yellow wheels. Also, now unzipping the .rar directly on DiRT Rally's main folder will install the livery correctly.

It will overwritte the in-game Stilo livery (Livery 2).
