Updated the whole 26 car liveries skinpack, also corrected countries on a few drivers, and added some more helmets

Just replace all yours skins in your vrc_formula_na_2018_road and oval skins folders.

Couple minor bugs I found in V1.1:
Some Drivers have no working flags like Carpenter, Rahal or wrong like Bourdais who is french not US American. #4 had one instance of #7 as the thumbpreview (livery.png) that could be replaced by the other car config.
Due to the ext_config tyre skins don't work anymore individually so you would need a new pack for the prime and alternates which are a bit different as they now have tread in the middle.
There's now a short oval version without proper liveries - Not sure if your Road Versions work on that.
If you feel like another revision 1.2 you should put bastoner97's rims in
