I usually go online at least once of an evening and I see what servers are set up. I also check if there are any RD practice servers. After refreshing a few times, I switch back to offline as the servers don't appeal to me, GTs are great but sometimes I want something else and it isn't there. Anyway last night I thought I would set up my own. It was a multi class DPI GTE P2 P3 similar to what we have been using on a Thursday. It was only a small lobby for 8 people and it filled up quickly and everyone chose the P3. 20 mins practice with 10 mins quali followed by a 10 lap race round the AI ring. It was a great race with all different speeds (I was last as normal before you ask ) but anyway it got me thinking that I would do this on a more regular basis and wondered if you guys have the same experience and what do you look for online. Server is my name jimortlity. If you play every night it would be good to build up some sessions and make new driver friends that you get to know and trust.
