There are countless awesome cars, houses, and upgrades to get in Forza Horizon 4. To purchase all of them, you need a lot of in-game credits. But fear not, we have collected seven crucial tips on how to make quick money in the fun racer by Playground Games.

1. Higher difficulty, fewer assists

Two very simple tweaks for more instant credits are difficulty and assists. The higher the skills of your AI opponents, the more cash you will get upon beating them. However, do not set the difficulty too high as coming home in last place on high difficulty is not very efficient.

Also, make sure you turn off any assists you do not need to win competitions. The more you turn off, the higher the benefit. For example, disabling the rewind feature already grants a 15% bonus on your income from events.

2. Get Wheelspins and Super Wheelspins

The number one source of credit income in Forza Horizon 4 is Wheelspins. The spinning prize reels include objects like driver accessories, winning moves, and car horns. There are also big instant cash prizes of up to 250,000 credits, and cars that you can sell to make a pile of money. New in Forza Horizon 4 are Super Wheelspins, which grant three prizes with a higher chance of securing rare items.

While Super Wheelspins are the more exciting thing to get, we suggest putting your focus on getting regular Wheelspins. They are easier to find and obtain in Forza Horizon 4 and getting a lot of them means big profit for you.

3. Level up in Horizon Life

Horizon Life is the place where you can check all your progress. Be sure to regularly have a look at it, as each level up grants you a cash prize or a free Wheelspin. But there is way more to grab here.

In “My Horizon Life”, you find level progress for almost every action you can do in the game, be it drifting, photographing, or collecting cars. Each individual level-up here is also connected to cash, Wheelspins and even Super Wheelspins in rare instances. So, make sure you enjoy the broad variety of things to do in Forza Horizon 4 to maximize your income using Horizon Life.

4. Participate in online and offline races

It might sound trivial, but completing races is going to fill your pockets quickly. Some players spend hours just driving through the open world of Forza Horizon 4. While this is also a nice thing to do, it does not raise your credit count.

Even a bronze medal in offline missions and races brings you important Horizon Life experience points as well as instant cash and eventually Wheelspins. The best advice for online races is to join a club. In doing so, you get a significant credit bonus, thanks to the influence multiplier. It’s a great way of generating money while having fun with your friends.

5. The best house to make fast money

Buying the right houses is also going to flood your pockets with credits. The best investment early in the game is Fairlawn Manor. Even though the building located at The Great Ridge costs 2,000,000 CR, the investment is definitely worthwhile. That is because buying the house grants you an incredible ten Super Wheelspins. The prizes obtained from those are very likely to be much more valuable than the initial investment. Also, Fairlawn Manor unlocks the fast travel feature, which makes the game much more convenient to play.

6. Use or sell the Forza Edition Cars

As you play more and more of Forza Horizon, your garage will fill up with several Forza Edition cars. These special vehicles are proficient in certain disciplines like drifting, drag races or destruction. You can play them to use their bonus to gain more influence points and thus more credits.

But if you already own that car or simply don’t like it, sell it at the Auction house! Forza Edition cars are worth at least 200,000 CR each, so make sure you sell these vehicles if you are not going to use them.

7. Level up as much cars as possible

Finally, performing skills with a car in Forza Horizon 4 earns you car-specific skill points. Each vehicle has unique bonuses attached to it which you can unlock with these points. Use them to get credits or skill multipliers or even free Wheelspins. If you want to boost your income in skill points, we advise you to buy the Huntsman’s Lodge house. The building unlocks the ability to play Skill Songs on your radio. As soon as these start to play, the amount of skill points you obtain for the car you are driving doubles, which is a powerful boost.
