1.2 - AI Fix and tire update

I've been doing the classic F1 mods for a long time now, and thought it would be good to post the update here in which you also get the new AI.

- This AI now stays on track and follows the correct AI line.
- At the same time, this update comes with the original Classic tire physics

You only need part 2, to update your game

Added;
Rain tyre physics.
(For the Lite RD-Version you need only the Part 2)

Only in the mega pack (because it's too big for RD);
- Added melbourne pack
- Added real 2002 sponsors
- Added 2003 skinpack (Arrows is the same skin then 2002)
- Added the My team skins from the 2003 Mod
