Added the better f1 2020 tyre mod.

Balance Patch

Balance changes to front weight distribution.

Corrected Performance

Correcting performance mistake for the Ferrari, Haas and Alfa Romeo by adding 0.01 drag.

Career Mode Update

Mod has been adjusted so that it is career mode compatible. Additionaly all cars should be able to reach the same maxed out upgrade potential, which is not part of the base game :) if I have made a mistake whereby if you in your 5+ season into career mode where I would assume all cars are maxed out or close to and you notice any major inbalances, please let me know.
