Formula A Color tyres fix v1.01

This is a small color fix for the tyres of Formula A:

- Slick-Medium tyres are colored in white (Like real-life).
- Rain tyres are colored in blue (Like real-life)

4. Use JSGME to activate the mods.
*Enable the appropriate Unlocker.
*Enable The Mod.
