Updates:

- Config file is now saved no matter how you close the application. Previously, it was only saved if closed via the context menu.
- Added 'additionalFuelToAddLaps' variable to the config file so the user can set it. Previously, it was hard-coded to 1.0. This option is only available for timed races.
