Simhub's Nascar Racing 2003 Leaderboard 1.2

Believe me or not, i just discovered the fantastic Nascar Racing 2003 this year. But as a Simhub's hardcore user, i found that the support for this game is very limited, specially in dashboards. I searched a lot and didn't found any compatible dashboard in the web. So i started to look in the telemetry provided by the game documentation and i found that almost all the information I need, simhub can provide it in raw data.

The result is an almost fully compatible dashboard with some minors issues due to the limitation of the telemetry data, but works very well

To improve the update time, you must modify in the file CORE.INI (located in the main directory of the game) the following lines:
