Greetings again. Not a huge update just wanting to give a notice on a few changes we've done

1. Changed redline characteristics so the UI works better
2. Added Mr. Malarky's 1955 driver that is more era appropriate
3. Added some Liveries:
-Revival Racing League Livery
-Historic Sim Studios Livery
-Ecurie Bleue Livery
-Fray Bentos Livery

Physics:

1. Added some extended physics code to car.ini.
2. Revised gearbox change times.
3. Revised auto shifter gas cutoff time.
4. Added 0.01 second delay in engine response to capture non-electronic control of this engine
5. Added CSP advanced fuel consumption code to engine.ini.
6. Added CSP fix for rear axle torque reaction.
7. Added CSP fix for suspension's progressive rate calculations.
8. Slightly increased suspension damage minimum to 40kph
9. Renamed tires, and also added "V" in front to trigger appropriate assignment within AC and also remove automatic generation of rain tire option in setup.
10. New VGP1950s Tire Physics code added-
11. Revised FFB related code.

Finally we also removed some files that weren't being used as they were placeholders during development.
